1. Enter the issue screen for the issue of interest. Click on "Required skills" in the Details panel.
2. Add the desired combination of skills in the dropdown menu.
3. If desired, mark the issue for training. The chosen skills will be matched with the skills being learned of the user pulling the issue.
4. Click the left arrow to close the issue skill details.
