Manage Human Capital

1. Navigate to your Jira Cloud instance

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Apps"

4. Click "Competence-Driven Management - Admin" in the menu on the left

5. Click "Human Capital"

6. Click the "Search..." field and type the name or email of the user whose skills you want to manage.

7. Click on the "Skills held" dropdown in the respective user row. Choose the desired competences or start typing their names.

8. Now, click on the "Training" column for the user and select the respective skills. These skills will be only applied later for choosing issues marked "for training". Note that you can only select fields which have not been chosen in this or the opposite column.

9. You can drag and drop skills between "Learning" and "Skills held" to update the skill set of a user.

10. You can remove any of the skills you added any time by clicking 'x' on a skill.
