Create your first skills

1. Navigate to your Jira Cloud instance

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Add and manage Jira Marketplace apps."

4. Click "Competence-Driven Management - Admin" in the menu on the left

5. Click "Allow access" if prompted.

6. Click "Accept" in the newly opened tab to authorize the App with your Jira instance.

7. Click "Skill Administration" tab.

8. Click "+ add new" to add your first top-level skill un your organization.

9. Click the + icon to add more top-level skills

10. You can nest skills under another . Click "+ add new" under a created skill to do so and type the skill name just like with top-level skills.

11. Rinse and repeat to create as many skills as required for your organization!
