Use the "Pull Work by Competence Widget"

1. Navigate to your Jira Cloud instance.

2. Click "Dashboards"

3. Choose a dashboard

4. Click "Edit"

5. Click "Add gadget"

6. Click the "Search gadgets" field.

7. Type "pull"

8. Find "Pull work by competence" and add the gadget to the dashboard.

9. Alternatively, create a new dashboard.

10. Give it a name and share it accordingly to your needs.

11. Make sure to add the sharing setting.

12. Click "Save"

13. Now look up the "Pull work..." gadget and add it to the dashboard.

14. Click "Done"

15. When using the dashboard as a user, click "Pull another task" to pull work matching your skills. An issue matching your skills should pop up on your screen.
