Set up issue skills

1. Enter the issue screen for the issue of interest. Click on "Required skills" in the Details panel.

2. Add the desired combination of skills in the dropdown menu.

3. Note that avatars of the suggested users who hold the required skills appear once you choose the skills. If desired, mark the issue for training. The chosen skills will be matched with the skills being learned of the user pulling the issue when pulling issues by a user. Note that the list of the suggested users adapts to this choice.
